M.O.Z (Mateo Ospina) is a Colombian-American DJ and producer raised in New York, now based between NYC and Miami.
His sound fuses groovy basslines, Latin-infused rhythms, and European swing with a strong foundation in minimal tech and deep tech, creating hypnotic sets that hit both the body and mind.Since starting production in 2021, M.O.Z has built a strong catalog, signing with respected underground labels like Overtones, Harvibal, 1994, Blackflag Records, Witty Tunes, and Whoyostro. His music has earned support from Paco Osuna, Marco Carola, Stacey Pullen, Harvy Valencia, Tony Guerra, and artists from the Solid Grooves family.In 2024, he played his first international festival in Costa Rica, a major milestone in his rising career. In Miami, he’s performed at top venues including M2, Mode, The Trip, Treehouse, Sky Yard, Savage Labs, and more — from yacht parties to penthouses.
In New York, he’s made his mark at Virgo and Althea’s Rooftop.Each set is a cinematic journey — rhythmic, emotional, and immersive.
